Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, in-person contract opportunity is available within a vibrant district close to the Seattle area, serving a diverse range of grade bands depending on both your experience and district needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid ESA and WA SLP License (copies of licensure required with application)
• Fingerprinting clearance through OSPI
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings highly preferred
• Strong communications skills, adaptability, and a student-centered mindset
• Ability to work full-time (7.5 hours/day) on campus for the full academic year

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in assigned grade bands (specific caseload determined by candidate fit and district needs)
• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, support staff, and families
• Document progress and outcomes in compliance with district and state requirements
• Adapt interventions to address students’ unique needs and promote independence within the educational setting
