Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and solving problems? Join PMi as a Customer Service Representative and play a key role in supporting our customers, service technicians, and sales team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping schedule services, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional, friendly service
• Schedule pest control and related services using company scheduling systems
• Assist customers with service questions, account updates, and appointment requests
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information and service records
• Communicate scheduling changes and customer needs with technicians and sales representatives
• Prepare contracts, service agreements, and customer documentation
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with customer communications, renewals, reminders, and follow-up activities
• Support customer retention efforts by providing exceptional service
• Work collaboratively with all departments to support customer satisfaction and operational success

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, administrative, call center, or office experience preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers, email, data entry, and office software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
