As an Assistant Vice President, Information Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cybersecurity measures to protect critical business services. Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on operations. Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards. Provide guidance and training to internal teams on best practices for cybersecurity. Assist in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Evaluate and implement security tools and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture. Prepare detailed reports and recommendations to improve cybersecurity measures. Must be coming from a background in financial services or other highly regulated industry. A strong background in cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in performing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Experience with regulatory compliance and implementing security measures in line with industry standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training on cybersecurity practices. A relevant degree in technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
