About the Role

_ ** Power Management Product Division **_

_ Product Marketing Engineer for Isolation Products _

• _ Isolation product is one of the focus strategic growth areas in Power Management Product Division. _
• _ Driving Diodes solution enhanced in AI Server, Automotive EV, Industry and Telecom Power applications. _
• _ Bridges technical engineering and market intelligence to achieve isolation revenue growth targets and Diodes isolation market share in US. _
• _ Penetrating key customers and driving design-in, design-wins across customers in US _

What You’ll Do

• _ Implement go-to-market strategy in US to achieve isolation revenue growth. _
• _ Engage directly with US customers, channel partners, FAEs and sales to promote isolation products and gather customer application requirements. _
• Create regional opportunities and build isolation product’s value proposition with customers.
• Follow up the design sockets and secure opportunities to design in and design wins.
• _ Support RFIs, pricing, planning activities. _
• _ Coordinate cross-functional team eg. designer, quality, and manufacturing team. _
• _ Facilitate new product release and campaigns through marketing collaterals. _

Who You Are

_ ** Minimum Qualifications **_

• _ Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, marketing, or related field. _
• _ Strong ability to merge technical depth with commercial strategy. _
• _ Experience in market analysis, business case development, and competitive positioning. _
• _ Excellent communication and presentation skills. _

Preferred

• _ 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience and relevant professional experience in a similar role or functional area. _
• _ Experience with digital isolators, gate drivers, or industrial/automotive systems. _
• _ International customer engagement experience _
• _ English proficiency is required; Bilingual (Chinese) is a plus. _
