Job Title: Assembly Technician Location: Phoenix, AZ Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday) Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, geographic location, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire FLSA Status: Non-ExemptAbout the OpportunityAs an Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in assembling medical devices while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. You'll work in a clean manufacturing environment where precision, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential to producing products that improve patient lives.What You'll DoAssemble medical device components by following written work instructions and manufacturing procedures.Perform product assembly and equipment setup while maintaining high quality standards.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality procedures.Support compliance with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 14971, and company Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.Interpret written and verbal instructions to complete assembly tasks accurately.Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a culture focused on quality and operational excellence.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Strong hand-eye coordination and excellent manual dexterity.Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform detailed assembly work.Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions.Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing or production environment.Medical device manufacturing experience.Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 regulations.Basic electronic assembly experience is a plus but not required.Associate degree preferred.Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
