Overnight Intake Coordinator Part Time 24 Hours, 11:00pm - 7:30am including every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Located at TaraVista in Devens, MA with remote coverage for MiraVista in Holyoke, MA. Travel to Holyoke is not required. The Intake Coordinator, under the supervision of the Director of Intake and the Chief Admissions Officer is responsible for facilitating the admission process. As a member of the Intake and Admissions team the Dual Site Intake Coordinator is responsible for processing admission referrals, obtaining insurance pre-authorizations and for assisting patients throughout the admission process for both facilities. Responsibilities Welcoming patient to the Vista's Maintaining patient privacy and safety Screen referrals and accept patients to fill beds Verify insurance Provide census updates to Intake Leadership Completing all legal documents as required Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Intake and the Chief Admissions Officer Qualifications CPR certification required. Previous Intake/Admissions experience strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Behavior Health and Substance Abuse treatment modalities. Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries. Sufficient typing and computer skills to facilitate use of Electronic Medical Record. Crisis management and time management skills. Exhibit flexibility, creativity, and ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, organized and professional manner.
