This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and projects to ensure timely completion.
• Act as a central point of contact for internal communication, facilitating seamless collaboration between different departments.
• Manage schedules, arrange virtual meetings, and prepare necessary documentation or presentations.
• Assist in developing and implementing new operational processes to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain and organise company records, documents, and internal databases.
• Support the onboarding process for new remote employees.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports to management as required.

• Proven experience in an operations, project coordination, or senior administrative role.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and project management software.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fully remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Prior experience working within the technology or fintech sector is desirable but not essential.
