About the Role:
MCIC INC is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join the team at Linway Cinema in Goshen, IN! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the magic of movies while leading a dynamic team in delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily cinema operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
Supervise, train, and motivate front-line staff including box office, concessions, and floor crew
Monitor and manage concession stand operations, inventory, and cash handling procedures
Ensure theater cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards and policies
Handle guest concerns and resolve customer service issues in a professional and timely manner
Assist with scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and daily reporting
Support film presentation operations and coordinate with projection staff as needed

Requirements:

Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or entertainment preferred
Strong customer service skills with a guest-first attitude
Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team in a high-energy environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math and cash handling skills required
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
