A law firm seeks a Patent Prosecution Attorney to join its team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, physics, or computer science, and have a passion for intellectual property law. Duties Draft and prosecute patent applications. Collaborate with clients to understand their inventions. Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses. Advise clients on patent strategy and portfolio management. Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in a law firm setting. Experience with telecom, AI, and/or software preferred. USPTO registration required. Education Degree in electrical engineering, physics, or computer science. Certifications USPTO registration. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
