Logistics Account Manager

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, the full-time Logistics Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business units, managing logistics operations to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of goods in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional account management Coordinate logistics operations for existing customers, ensuring timely delivery and seamless supply chain coordination Identify and manage new business relationships to expand the company's customer base while collaborating with internal teams on rate negotiations and equipment procurement Required qualifications 3-5 years of customer service and account management experience in the transportation and logistics field College or university degree in Marketing or a Business-related field Proven track record in account management and customer service, including pricing and proposal development Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
