Join Our Growing Dental Team

Our growing dental office is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our friendly, supportive, and team-oriented practice. We are a full-scope general dental office with a team of 9 plus 1 doctor.

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable team player who enjoys building patient relationships, manages time well, and is willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Dog lovers welcome!

Schedule

Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | Fridays Off
Part-Time Considered | Minimum 2 Days per Week

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM unpaid daily

Compensation & Benefits

$40–$48 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license
• Local Anesthesia license
• CPR certification
• Child Abuse certification/clearance
• 2+ years of dental hygiene experience preferred — Exceptional new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist with sterilization and other office needs

RDH Duties Include

• Scaling and polishing
• Scaling and root planing (SRP)
• Arestin placements
• Digital X-rays
• Sealants and fluoride treatments
• Whitening
• Oral cancer screenings
• Patient education, including oral hygiene and diet
• Eaglesoft documentation
• Infection control and sterilization
