Seasonal Sanitation

Position Information Shift: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM. Hourly Rate: $17.00 an hour. Location: Waseca, Minnesota. Anticipated Close Date: July 17, 2026. Responsibilities Familiar with plant safety rules and ensure they are followed by self and all employees in the area. Maintain a positive attitude, work well as a team, and take initiative to improve company operations. Work effectively with other departments. Operate all sanitation equipment—including high-pressure hoses, chemical foaming unit, titration testing equipment—clean and sanitize production areas and lines as assigned per SOPs. Ensure equipment is clean and ready to run at start of shift and notify sanitation lead of any issues that may prevent timely completion. Capable of learning, understanding, and using CIP systems. Bale cardboard and perform grounds keeping when assigned. Follow written and verbal directions to complete tasks as assigned. SOPs available in Spanish. Qualifications Must be licensed forklift operator or have the ability to become licensed. Must be able to follow written and verbal directions and complete tasks as assigned.
