Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Cornell Care & Rehabilitation Center. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting. As a valued member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary staff to design and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal recovery and well-being. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying potential issues and implementing interventions as necessary Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and treatment plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures About the Role As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Cornell Care & Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values teamwork, integrity, and compassion.
