Project Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented SCADA Project Assistant to support testing, commissioning, and project coordination activities for utility and engineering-related SCADA operations. This onsite role will work closely with engineering teams, field technicians, and project management to ensure successful project execution and timely completion of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate SCADA testing and commissioning activities with engineering and field teams
• Verify project scope, work orders, outage requests, and configuration readiness prior to project execution
• Track project progress, maintain job status updates, and support scheduling activities
• Communicate project issues and assist with resolution efforts
• Attend client meetings and provide project updates as needed
• Coordinate field technician scheduling, site access requests, and documentation support
• Review and maintain technician project reports and related spreadsheets for accuracy and completion
• Support SCADA database updates and assist with engineering support tracking

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Bachelor’s Degree with some related experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Experience with project coordination, reporting, scheduling, or technical support preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and document management systems preferred
