Registered Nurse - OB/GYN

Location: Lawrenceburg, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in OB/GYN to join our team. The responsibilities include labor and delivery, postpartum care, and managing the newborn nursery, as well as providing newborn care pre-transition.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring moms with a 1:1 patient ratio.
• Administer care in the postpartum unit and newborn nursery.
• Deliver intrapartum and postpartum care to patients of all ages.
• Ensure proper management and transition of newborn care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 1+ years of experience in obstetrics, labor & delivery, and nursery care.
• Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, NRP, PALS.
• Active RN license in the State of Tennessee.
• Must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment.
