Position Summary Provides direct Family Peer Support services to member's guardians, caregivers, and care team. Provides guidance to SKY initiatives. Required Qualifications Must reside in Jefferson County, Kentucky Ability to travel up to 33% of the time Certification in or eligibility to become certified as a KY Family Peer Support Specialist Meets Eligibility Criteria: 1. Must be 18 years of age or older 2. Must be a self-identified parent or other family member who has lived experience with a care taking role of a youth family Member or Guardian of youth, and has received services related to a mental health, substance use, or co-occurring mental health and substance use disability from at least 1 child serving agency Preferred Qualifications Experience with youth experiencing Engagment with child justice and welfare systems- Leadership experience Critical Thinking Organizational Skills Exceptional Communication and De-Escalations Education High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $31.72 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
