Workday Position Summary

Join a high-impact team responsible for the DNA ARC Cloud platform, a strategic regulatory reporting environment supporting critical business and compliance functions, including the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) program. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of the Bank's cloud transformation journey, driving the design, modernization, and operation of large-scale cloud-based solutions that support regulatory and business-critical workloads.

The successful candidate will leverage expertise in cloud architecture, data platforms, and modern engineering practices to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions in a highly regulated environment. Working closely with business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders, this role will influence key architecture decisions, support cloud adoption initiatives, and contribute to the long-term technology strategy for one of the Bank's most visible cloud modernization programs. Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, and support activities for the DNA ARC Cloud platform.
• Deliver cloud-native solutions using AWS and infrastructure automation technologies.
• Support critical regulatory reporting workloads, including CAT program requirements.
• Drive cloud migration, modernization, and platform transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions.
• Ensure platform security, resiliency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish engineering best practices and Infrastructure-as-Code standards.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and operational readiness.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote technical excellence.
• Support the long-term cloud strategy and operational stability of the platform.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong experience in AWS cloud architecture and engineering.
• Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Experience with cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture and large-scale data platforms.
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting or compliance-related technology solutions.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and architecture governance experience.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technology-related field.
• AWS or other relevant cloud certifications.
• Financial services and regulatory technology experience.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, container platforms, and cloud operations.
• Knowledge of data governance and enterprise data management.
• Experience with Agile and large-scale transformation programs.
• Familiarity with SRE, observability, and operational excellence practices.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$102,900.00 - $179,900.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
