Roles & Responsibilities:
Research, design, and develop quantitative risk models for initial margin and stress testing of fixed-income products.
Develop high-quality research prototypes and robust model implementations to support model analysis, validation, and production deployment.
Support model validation, testing, deployment, and ongoing model maintenance throughout the model lifecycle.
Collaborate with business, quantitative, and technology teams to deliver model enhancements and analytical solutions.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in quantitative model development, risk management, or financial engineering.
Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline, such as Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; experience with R, MATLAB, or other analytical and statistical tools is a plus.
Strong software engineering skills, including code quality, testing, performance optimization, and maintainable system design.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex quantitative concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of fixed-income products, market risk methodologies, or stress testing models is a plus.
