HR Generalist

Pay Range: $38hr - $40hr

The HR Generalist will support human resources operations including payroll administration, records management, HR system administration, and employee support activities.

The role focuses on maintaining HR systems, ensuring payroll accuracy, managing employee records, supporting HR programs, and assisting with HR-related communications and reporting.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience working in human resources administration.
• Knowledge of payroll systems and HR information systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of HR-related information.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with employees, management, and the public.

Experience:

• Experience supporting payroll processing and payroll administration tasks.
• Experience maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Experience working with HR systems and automated office tools.
• Experience supporting HR teams and business partners in daily HR operations.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and HR documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Support payroll administration activities and maintain payroll-related records.
• Manage employee information including new hires, updates, and terminations in HR systems.
• Review payroll information for accuracy and assist in resolving payroll issues.
• Reconcile payroll data and maintain payroll records and files.
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation and retention practices.
• Develop and update electronic filing systems for HR documentation and policies.
• Assist with administration and updates of the Human Capital SharePoint site.
• Ensure appropriate access controls are maintained to protect confidential information.
• Provide support for HR system administration and HR system-related activities.
• Assist HR leadership with presentations, documentation, and communication materials.
• Provide support to HR business partners and respond to HR-related inquiries.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualification And Education:
