In this role, you'll work directly with clients to deliver software solutions through implementation projects and ongoing support—driving high customer satisfaction and successful adoption.As one of the fastest-growing firms in the country, BT offers:A clear path for career advancementFlexibility in how and where you workMeaningful relationships with clients, teammates, and leaders who genuinely care about your growth and developmentWhat you'll do as a trusted member of the engagement team:Interpersonal functions:Provide prompt, concise, and friendly communications providing high quality serviceUtilize time management skills with ability to manage priorities independently and successfully multi-task across projects, customers, and internal activitiesAdvocate for clients, team members, and the productWork effectively independently and collaboratively in a team environmentTechnical functions:Monitor and respond to customer technical issuesClearly articulate system functionality through written and oral communication methodsCoordinate internal and client project team meetingsSchedule & perform year-end upgrades to client environmentsHave the ability to: 1) speak to basic concepts of debits/credits 2) easily identify outliers in reviewing financial data 3) support clients with sub-ledger reconciliation process 4) perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements including recommendation of alternative applications to achieve similar goals when necessary 5) conduct training for customer end-users at all levels of the customers organization and relate system functionality to customer business requirementAdvanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros, etc.) for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of customer dataUtilize and regularly contribute to team knowledge repository for best practices and lessons learned in form of knowledge base article.Any additional assignments as requested by management.Qualifications successful candidates will have:A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred), Business, or MIS (with a foundational understanding of accounting concepts).Deep knowledge of the construction industry, including micro-verticals, operational/reporting requirements, and terminology.Knowledge of construction-specific payroll requirements.At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:Consulting and implementing Sage 100 Contractor, Sage Paperless Construction SoftwareUsing Sage 100 Contractor in a financial or operational roleMaintain relevant Sage CertificationsExperience as a client-facing support consultant (preferred).Hands-on experience with full-cycle software delivery or as an end-user during implementation or upgrades (preferred).Experience with and ability to perform software updates on Remote ServersAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.) for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of client data.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.The compensation range for this role is $85,910 to $162,890.
