As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, you will work independently to assess, plan, and deliver therapeutic interventions for school-aged children. Your focus will be on improving speech and language abilities while collaborating with families and educational teams to support individualized learning and communication goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Deliver evidence-based intervention to improve communication skills
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators
• Work closely with families and school teams to support child development

Required Qualifications

• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in speech language pathology
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Proficiency in speech and language assessment techniques
• Knowledge of child development principles
• Experience with Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
• Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools
• Strong skills in therapeutic intervention planning
• Effective communication with children and families
• Empathy and problem-solving abilities
