Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Ohio for SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with school-age children and diverse disabilities
• Knowledge of IEP development and special education requirements
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative services aligned with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Provide resources and training to teachers and families as needed
