Job Opportunity: Licensed Occupational Therapist / Hand Therapist (Full-time)

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Outpatient

Location: Sparta, NJ

Compensation Range: $80,000-$100,000 per year

Additional compensation: This position is also eligible for bonus and student loan repayment

As an Occupational Therapist at Ivy Rehab, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by helping patients regain confidence, restore function, and get back to the activities they love. From post-surgical recovery and sports injuries to complex upper extremity conditions, you'll work with a diverse patient population while utilizing advanced, evidence-based treatment techniques. You will also have the opportunity to help us continue to build our OT program across Long Island!

Compensation:

• $80,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, total experience, CHT cert, etc.)
• If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).
• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

What we look for:

• License or pending license as an Occupational Therapist in the treating state
• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Eagerness to grow & learn
• Interest in pursuing CHT cert when eligible (if not already obtained)
