Assist with maintaining and repairing diesel engines and heavy equipment.

️ Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Support repairs on engines, brakes, tires, and other critical equipment components.

Perform diagnostic testing to identify and resolve equipment issues.

⚙️ Complete preventive maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, and greasing.

️ Assist with fabrication and minor repair projects to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Accurately document maintenance and repair work.

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to build a career in diesel mechanics

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced technicians

✔ Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a shop environment

Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Start Monday night and finish Saturday morning at 8:00 AM

Work in a clean, professional shop equipped with industry-standard tools and diagnostic equipment. You'll gain hands-on experience working on diesel engines, heavy equipment, and mechanical systems while building valuable skills that can lead to a long-term career in the diesel industry.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rosemount, MN.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $93600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
