Join a dedicated healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest region as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), providing vital respiratory assessment, support, and treatment across acute care, emergency, and outpatient settings. This role involves delivering emergency respiratory care, including artificial respiration and cardiopulmonary resuscitation assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' physiological responses to therapy such as vital signs, arterial blood gases, and blood chemistry, consulting physicians when adverse reactions occur.
• Perform diagnostic testing including arterial blood gases (ABGs) and electrocardiograms (EKGs).
• Set up and operate respiratory devices like high flow oxygen systems, BiPAP, mechanical ventilators, environmental control systems, and aerosol generators according to treatment protocols.
• Provide training and support to clinical team members within your area of expertise.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to manage patient care and assist with medical procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and accurately document all relevant data in written or electronic records.

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Care Program is required.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC.
• State Respiratory Therapist license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (to be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Experience in critical care settings is essential.
