Summary

We are seeking a reliable, dedicated entry-level Receptionist to join our team in Rosemont. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks that support our operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy. Mainly by phone.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. Service call must be attended to immediately.
• Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as needed.
• Assist with proofreading documents and preparing materials for meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.

Requirements

• College degree.
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry and document management.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic computer software.

Must be able to pass a drug test, background check and live within close proximity (10 miles) to Rosemont, IL. No work experience desired.

Hybrid schedule – Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Direct Hire $40k - $42k p/a + great benefits.
