Workday Security Enhancement Manager

Effectively manage the demand for technology enhancements to Workday Security analyzing and prioritizing requests, implementing strategies to optimizing resource utilization and balance competing priorities, while advancing the HR strategic goals.

Analyze, design, and optimize business processes through gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying areas for improvement for Workday Security, and partnering with IT to implement solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.

Effectively design and deliver technology enhancements for Workday Security collaborating with IT and defining functional requirements, conducting thorough testing to ensure alignment with requirements, serving as the point of contact to troubleshoot issues, and coordinating resolution and escalation with IT as necessary.

Apply critical thinking, analytical skills, and creativity to effectively identify, analyze, and solve problems, utilizing a variety of problem-solving techniques and strategies.

Familiar with Workday security or general security management responsibilities and have a strong understanding of HR processes and data.
