Pay: $75,000 - $250,000 per year. Full-Time, Contract.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Diego, CA 92130

Compensation:

$75,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients in making informed financial decisions that align with their goals and values.
• Develop and implement tailored financial strategies to protect and grow clients' wealth.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent, reliable, and personalized service.
• Collaborate with a network of financial professionals to share insights and strategies for client success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to offer the most current advice and solutions.
• Lead educational workshops and seminars to empower clients with financial knowledge and confidence.
• Utilize advanced technology tools to streamline processes and enhance client interactions and experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience in providing personalized financial guidance to individuals, families, and business owners.
• Proven track record of conducting comprehensive financial reviews to identify protection, retirement, and wealth-building opportunities.
• Ability to educate clients on strategies designed to protect their income, loved ones, and future goals.
• Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Experience in expanding practice through referrals, networking, community engagement, and professional relationships.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional ongoing client service and support.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership to implement growth strategies and best practices effectively and efficiently.
