Direct Support Professional - Weekends

Overview Connections Services, LLC provides caregiver services to individuals who are developmentally disabled. All group homes are located in the Bloomington, MN area. We are looking for Direct Support Professionals to work with residents at several Bloomington homes. We have part-time weekend positions available. 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm shifts! Starting Salary: $17.00-$18.00 hourly Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible. What do Connections Direct Support Professionals do? DSPs provide a variety of services to our residents, and duties vary from program to program, but may include (but are not limited to): Providing caregiver services to our residents, including personal cares when appropriate and necessary Teaching and maintaining skills Cooking, meal preparation, and feeding assistance Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities Participating in the development of Individual Program Plans Medication administration Participating in fun recreational activities with residents! Pay Frequency: Biweekly Connections Services LLC uses E-Verify Connections Services, LLC will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check.
