Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students across two locations near Richmond, CA. This onsite speech-language pathologist position offers an engaging setting where your expertise will foster communication skills and student success. This full-time role begins as soon as possible and continues through June 10, 2027.

Qualifications:

• Current, active SLP CA license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in school-based settings, particularly with elementary and middle school populations
• Strong team player; adaptable to multiple school environments
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• SLPA credentials are not accepted for this role

Role Duties:

• Provide direct and consultative SLP services for students across a range of speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and document results in compliance with state and school standards
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and other specialists to ensure holistic support
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding student progress and goals
• Manage an itinerant schedule, effectively supporting two sites
