Sr. Director, Platform Leader

Senior Director leading the Targeted Temperature Management platform at a global medical technology company. Responsible for driving profitable growth, executing global strategy, and managing cross-functional teams across regions from the Covington, GA office.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform reviews and drive alignment across functions and regions
- Manage platform P&L while achieving revenue, gross profit, and income targets
- Develop and execute global strategy for TTM portfolio with regional partner collaboration
- Oversee cross-functional delivery of innovation, quality, and supply chain initiatives
- Build and develop marketing organization and talent across global and US teams
Requirements
- 10+ years cross-functional leadership experience in medical device industry
- MBA preferred
- Strategic planning and commercial operations expertise
- Proven track record of successful new product launches
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence across functions and regions without direct authority
