We are seeking an HR Admin or HR Coordinator, depending on experience, to join our team in a non-exempt, hourly role starting at $21.00 per hour. This position will provide administrative support across key HR functions, including onboarding and performance management, while staying current on all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws. Responsibilities include coordinating the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring successful completion of background checks, processing employee information in R365, issuing employee ID numbers, communicating new hire details to stores, district managers, and operations managers, adding employees to Brink, managing the HR inbox, assisting in other areas of the HR department, and completing additional duties and special projects as assigned. • Experience supporting human resources administration in a coordinator, assistant, or similar role.
• Working knowledge of onboarding processes, employee record maintenance, and candidate screening coordination.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and confidence entering, updating, and verifying personnel information.
• Ability to communicate clearly with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of employee relations fundamentals and the importance of handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Knowledge of applicable employment practices and compliance considerations at the local, state, and federal levels.
