Assist patients with inquiries related to services, products, and insurance coverage.

Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and follow-up.

Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience.

Contribute to team efforts by participating in training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role.

Strong communication skills and a patient-focused demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
