What You'll Be Doing Be the first smile patients hear and see on the phone and in person Schedule and reschedule appointments with accuracy and care Collect and update patient demographics, insurance, and important details Handle patient payments, post charges, and provide receipts Use computer systems confidently while keeping an eye on the details that matter Jump in where needed, every day can look a little different!
