Responsibilities Do the right thing – No fakery Be observant, prepared, and flexible Bring your “A” game everyday Oversee daily operations of a bagel shop Manage staff schedules and performance Assistant Managers have a 50 hour work week and the starting salary range based on experience is $35K to $40K.
