Facility Maintenance Technician

Description: Maintenance Technician to work on commercial properties. This is a remote, hands-on, DRIVING position. Candidates must have 5+ years' experience in 3 or more skilled trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, concrete, welding, etc).
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $28+ p/h depending on experience

Position Requirements: All candidates must have at least 5+ years' experience in 3 or more skilled trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, concrete, welding, etc). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (min 5 years). Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (company sponsored and paid). Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions. Parking spot for a commercial vehicle (no on the street).
