Bilingual Safety Specialist

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Safety Specialist (Mandarin/English) to support safety compliance on semiconductor construction projects. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on maintaining a safe and compliant jobsite.
Position: Bilingual Safety SpecialistLocation: North Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $30-$35/hr DOE Responsibilities
- Monitor jobsite safety and enforce OSHA and project safety standards
- Conduct daily walkthroughs, hazard assessments, and safety inspections
- Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and daily briefings
- Identify risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and documentation
- Maintain safety records and compliance reports
- Communicate safety requirements across bilingual teams
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
- OSHA 30 certification required
- 2+ years of construction safety experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety practices
- Comfortable working on active construction sites daily
- Strong communication, accountability, and follow-up skills
- Semiconductor or high-tech construction experience is a plus
