Bilingual Safety Specialist

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Safety Specialist (Mandarin/English) to support safety compliance on semiconductor construction projects. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on maintaining a safe and compliant jobsite.

Position: Bilingual Safety Specialist
Location: North Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $30-$35/hr DOE

Responsibilities

Monitor jobsite safety and enforce OSHA and project safety standards
Conduct daily walkthroughs, hazard assessments, and safety inspections
Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and daily briefings
Identify risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Support incident reporting, investigations, and documentation
Maintain safety records and compliance reports
Communicate safety requirements across bilingual teams

Qualifications

Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
OSHA 30 certification required
2+ years of construction safety experience
Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety practices
Comfortable working on active construction sites daily
Strong communication, accountability, and follow-up skills
Semiconductor or high-tech construction experience is a plus
