ResponsibilitiesConnect with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Develop and present insurance proposals tailored to individual client circumstances.
Guide clients through the application and policy selection process with clarity and patience.
Nurture client relationships through regular check-ins and exceptional service.
Collaborate with the agency team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Stay informed about Allstate products and industry best practices.
RequirementsActive Texas Property & Casualty License (Required).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine desire to help others and build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated and organized with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
