Project ManagerSummit Spine and Joint Centers (SSJC) is on track to become the largest comprehensive spine and joint care provider in the nation, with over 45 clinic locations across GA, NC, SC, and TN, with plans for continued expansion. SSJC offers clinical, surgical, and imaging services to our patients, and we are seeking qualified individuals to join our team to help deliver exceptional care and support across our growing network!As a Project Manager at SSJC, you will lead the successful execution of clinical and operational projects, including driving the integration of newly acquired companies. This high-impact role acts as the central bridge between the corporate M&A deal team, functional department heads (IT, Finance, Clinical/ASC/Ancillary Ops, Admin Ops, HR, etc.), and the leadership of acquired organizations. You will leverage a data-driven approach to navigate the complexities of healthcare mergers, ensuring cultural, strategic, and operational alignment while minimizing service disruptions. In-between acquisitions, you will leverage the same data-driven approach to implement internal Operational projects to support the growth of SSJC.This job is a full-time, benefited position at Summit Spine & Joint Centers that reports to the COO. Your assigned work location will be the SSJC Administrative Complex located in Lawrenceville, GA.Responsibilities:Integration Leadership: Lead "Day 1" readiness and end-to-end integration workstreams for acquisitionsStrategic Planning: Partner with deal leads during the due diligence phase to translate diligence findings into actionable integration playbooks and risk mitigation plansProject Governance: Establish and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage interdependencies across HR, IT, Finance, and LegalData-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), synergy capture, and value-driver realizationStakeholder Management: Facilitate high-stakes meetings with senior executives and acquired leadership to ensure transparent communication and milestone trackingContinuous Improvement: Conduct "post-mortem" reviews of integration cycles to refine internal M&A playbooks for future growthGather, analyze, and report data for fiscal and statistical analysisAdditional duties as assignedSkills And Abilities:Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to synthesize complex datasets (claims, utilization, or financial data) to inform project strategy and resource allocation.Healthcare Acumen: Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory standards (HIPAA, CMS) and clinical operations.Project Management Expertise: Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA.Communication: Elite presentation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and manage sensitive change management efforts.Education And Experience:Experience using eClinicalWorks preferred5+ years of professional experience, ideally with 2-3 years spent as a Management Consultant (e.g., MBB, Big 4) or a Senior Data Analyst within a healthcare environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, or a quantitative field (Statistics, Finance) required; MBA or PMP certification is highly preferred.Must be willing to travel
