• Assist with preparing bids, estimates, and proposals for commercial storefront and glass projects.
• Perform material takeoffs from architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Review awarded-project scope, contract requirements, plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate material orders, purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor lead times.
• Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, product data, and required approvals.
• Prepare, submit, and track RFIs, change-order requests, and project revisions.
• Manage assigned projects from award through completion, including scheduling, material coordination, crew coordination, and communication with field personnel.
• Communicate professionally with general contractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, and internal team members.
• Monitor job costs, project budgets, and timelines; identify potential delays, cost overruns, missing scope, or material issues early.
• Coordinate field measurements, jobsite needs, installation sequencing, and material deliveries with crews and project supervisors.
• Maintain organized job files, project correspondence, purchase orders, change orders, and related documentation.
• Assist with punch-list completion, warranty matters, and project closeout documentation.
• Visit jobsites as needed to support field coordination and resolve project issues.
