This role plays a vital part in managing client relationships and driving account growth through effective communication. This position requires collaborating with sales and internal teams to support client needs, fill open orders, resolve issues promptly, and maintain detailed reporting to ensure continued success.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts to maintain satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
• Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and upselling services
• Communicate effectively in multiple languages to support diverse client needs
• Provide sales support by coordinating with internal teams and addressing client requests
• Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on account status and performance
