Director of Business Development Join a team that develops advanced imaging and sensor technologies used across defense, intelligence, space, and industrial markets. As Director of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships that drive revenue and expand Teledyne Imaging Sensors' market presence. This is a highly visible leadership role that combines strategic thinking, customer engagement, and capture excellence. What you’ll do Develop and execute business development strategies that support growth and revenue objectives. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across government, defense, space, and commercial sectors. Identify and qualify new business opportunities and emerging market applications. Establish trusted relationships with government agencies, prime contractors, commercial organizations, and international customers. Lead strategic capture activities for key pursuits and develop winning growth strategies. Support proposal development and decision-making related to opportunity investments. Create and strengthen industry partnerships, teaming agreements, and market expansion initiatives. Monitor customer priorities, acquisition plans, technology trends, and competitive activity. Collaborate with technical and executive teams to align customer needs with business solutions. Translate market intelligence into actionable growth opportunities. Salary Range $150,400.00-$200,500.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
