Field Administrator

Position Summary: The Field Administrator provides administrative, customer and company relations, and facility support to the organization. Working under the direct supervision of the Area Supervisor this position takes the lead responsibility to ensure area billing, reporting and other day to day office operations are organized and functional. Essential Functions: Ability to deal and work well with a variety of individuals from various socio- economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Demonstrated written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow through on assignments Ability to work in fast paced, ambiguous environment Excellent organizational and planning skills High commitment to achieving goals and tasks Support of field construction management and crews as required Assembly and maintenance of final job packages for handover to billing team Identify issues and elevate as necessary to management Professional appearance maintained at all times Other Requirements: Associate Degree or higher preferred Administrative background preferred Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions.
