Director, Home Health Administrator Leading Faith-Based, Not-for-Profit Health System | Home Health Agency Operations. Altamonte Springs, FL (Seminole County) | Full-Time | Day Shift | On‑Site. They quit over a stack of small ones: a corporate office that wants quarterly margin lift without sending the resources, a clinical team absorbing the documentation burden of an agency twice their size, regulatory whiplash from PDGM rate cuts and the expanded HHVBP scorecard that lands on the leader’s desk first — and the quiet recognition that the person at the top is the only one in the building without a peer to call when something breaks. This role is built for the operator who is ready to stop running an agency alone — and start running one inside a system that actually shows up. Our client is a Forbes-recognized, faith-based, not-for-profit health system with 50+ hospital campuses and more than 1,200 care sites across nine states. The agency will own full clinical, operational and financial performance: day‑to‑day operations, regulatory and accreditation compliance, payer credentialing, QAPI, intake and scheduling oversight, and the hospital and care‑management relationships that drive the referral pipeline. You will function as the senior‑most leader on site, supported by clinical supervisors and 24/7 RN coverage, and as a peer on a system‑wide post‑acute leadership team — not as a solo administrator in a one‑agency silo. Responsibilities Own full clinical, operational, and financial performance of the agency. Direct day‑to‑day operations, regulatory and accreditation compliance, payer credentialing, QAPI, intake and scheduling oversight. Manage hospital and care‑management relationships that drive the referral pipeline. Lead a clinical team and provide 24/7 RN coverage. Participate in a system‑wide post‑acute leadership team. Maintain autonomy with system support. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a healthcare‑related field (or equivalent education + 4+ years of relevant experience). 5+ years of progressive leadership running home‑based care operations or comparable healthcare operations. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license OR Physical Therapist (PT) license. Demonstrated clinical expertise, leadership ability, and working knowledge of community healthcare resources. Preferred Qualifications Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Direct experience operating under PDGM, HHVBP, and OASIS reporting frameworks. Track record of multi‑disciplinary collaboration with acute‑care, primary care, and post‑acute partners. Familiarity with leading home health EHR platforms and value‑based care analytics.
