A leading U.S. power electronics company is expanding its engineering team and hiring Senior and Principal Electrical Engineers to develop advanced, high-density power conversion solutions. The company specializes in proprietary 48V power architectures and highly integrated DC/DC converters , pushing the limits of power density, efficiency, and performance. Its technologies support demanding applications across AI infrastructure, data centers, aerospace, automotive, and high-performance computing . What You'll Do Design and develop advanced DC/DC and AC/DC power converters from concept through production. Work with high-frequency switching topologies, power conversion architectures, and control systems. Design and optimize high-frequency magnetics, including inductors and transformers. Perform circuit simulation, modeling, mathematical analysis, and component selection. Develop feedback control, analog circuits, and interface/logic circuitry. Collaborate on PCB layout, EMC, and electrical performance optimization. Lead or support product specifications, prototype testing, validation, and troubleshooting. Partner with R&D, manufacturing, and other engineering teams to transition designs into production. What We're Looking For BSEE required 4+ years of hands-on power electronics design experience. Strong understanding of high-frequency switching topologies and power conversion fundamentals. Experience with magnetics design, circuit simulation, control theory, or power electronics analysis.
