• Location: Short Hills, NJ (On-site / Hybrid)
• Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
• Salary : $65,000-$75,000 + commission

PrideStaff has partnered with a cutting-edge, fast-growing AI security and governance software company to find a driven  Sales Development Representative (SDR) . Our client provides an innovative enterprise platform that helps major corporations secure, manage, and mitigate risks within their AI systems. They bring critical visibility and control to how AI is built and deployed across modern businesses.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional early in their sales career who wants to break into the booming AI and cybersecurity space and rapidly grow into a closing role (Account Executive) within a fast-moving tech environment.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Targeted Outreach: Research and identify key decision-makers and target accounts within the company's ideal customer profile.
• Pipeline Generation: Execute strategic outbound prospecting via cold email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
• Lead Qualification: Respond to and qualify inbound leads to ensure they are a strong fit for the platform.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives to map out target accounts and build a robust sales pipeline.
• CRM Management: Log all daily activities and maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot).
• Hit Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the company's evolving software capabilities, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience, preferably within SaaS, enterprise software, or tech.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex tech solutions simply.
• Resilience: Comfortable handling high-volume outbound prospecting and navigating the natural rejections of cold outreach.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, coachable, self-motivated, and driven by hitting goals.
• Tech Stack: Previous experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement tools is a plus.
• Interests: A natural curiosity or interest in AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech is a major plus, but not required!

Position Logistics

• Work Structure: On-site/Hybrid schedule based out of the  Short Hills, NJ office.
• Employment Structure: Temp-to-Hire (offering a great path to permanent placement based on performance).
