You'll work closely with sales, operations, installation, and accounting to turn sold HVAC projects into accurate, completed installations. You'll receive structured training designed to sharpen your HVAC sales, proposal, financing, customer communication, and installation-handoff skills. Your New Role Meet with homeowners and identify their comfort, reliability, and financial goals. Confirm appropriate decision-makers during HVAC replacement consultations. Inspect existing HVAC systems and homes using available technician findings and supporting evidence. Present standardized heating and air conditioning replacement options that fit the homeowner's needs. Accurately explain approved HVAC financing options, warranties, expectations, and project details. Build accurate replacement proposals using proper equipment selection, measurements, photos, pricing, and scope documentation. Maintain advisor-controlled sold gross margin while following established pricing and discount authority. Document sold and unsold appointments, customer communication, and dated follow-up actions in ServiceTitan. Maintain required follow-up on open replacement opportunities and keep your sales pipeline current. Complete bills of materials, permit information, customer promises, and installation handoffs. Coordinate with the installation and operations teams to help ensure every sold project is ready for successful execution. Escalate pricing, scope, or other exceptions requiring management approval. Maintain accurate ServiceTitan records, including accepted proposals, invoices, equipment, financing, notes, photos, and required forms. Work toward established performance targets for qualified-opportunity close rate, replacement revenue, gross margin, scope accuracy, cancellation rate, and ServiceTitan completion. Complete required HVAC sales training, field certification, role-play assessments, and installation-handoff training.
