Lead Home Care SupervisorAll Care Health LLCRockford, IL$24.00-$27.00 per hourFull-Time | Monday-Friday | Office and Field PositionAbout All Care HealthAll Care Health provides dependable, compassionate non-medical home care to individuals and families throughout Rockford and the surrounding communities.We are seeking a capable, organized, and people-focused Lead Home Care Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Rockford office. This position combines office leadership, caregiver hiring and training, employee supervision, scheduling support, initial client visits, and ongoing quality assurance.This is not a remote position. The Lead Supervisor will work from the Rockford office and travel to client homes throughout the service area when visits or assessments are required.What You Will DoOffice OperationsHelp lead the daily operations of the Rockford office.Monitor schedules, caregiver coverage, call-offs, missed visits, and service concerns.Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and agency leadership.Help resolve staffing and service issues quickly and professionally.Maintain organized employee, client, and operational records.Support agency policies, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.Identify workflow concerns and help implement practical solutions.Hiring, Training and SupervisionReview applications and interview caregiver candidates.Assist with hiring decisions and pre-employment requirements.Coordinate caregiver orientation, onboarding, and training.Clearly communicate job duties, documentation requirements, and agency expectations.Supervise, coach, and support caregivers in the office and field.Address attendance, communication, professionalism, and performance concerns.Complete employee check-ins, performance follow-up, and corrective documentation when needed.Recognize strong performance and help improve caregiver engagement and retention.Client and Field SupportComplete required initial client visits.Gather information about client routines, preferences, home environment, and non-clinical service needs.Support the development and updating of client service plans according to agency policy.Complete supervisory visits, reassessments, and quality assurance follow-ups.Confirm caregivers are following assigned service plans and agency expectations.Respond professionally to client and family questions or concerns.Travel throughout Rockford and the surrounding service area as needed.What We Are Looking ForPrevious experience in home care, healthcare staffing, caregiving, scheduling, or office operations.Supervisory, team lead, office management, or care coordination experience preferred.Experience hiring, onboarding, training, or supervising caregivers strongly preferred.Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.Ability to support employees while maintaining clear expectations and accountability.Confidence handling sensitive employee and client concerns.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving office.Comfortable working independently and making time-sensitive decisions.Basic computer and documentation skills.Experience with AxisCare or another home care scheduling system is a plus.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.Ability to complete required employment and background screenings.A nursing or clinical license is not required for this position.Schedule and Work SettingFull-time, Monday through FridayPrimarily based in the Rockford officeRegular travel to client homes for initial visits, assessments, supervisory visits, coverage and quality checksSome schedule flexibility may be required when urgent staffing or client concerns ariseCompensation$24.00-$27.00 per hour, based on directly related home care experience, leadership background, training experience, and knowledge of AxisCare or similar systems.Why Join All Care Health?This is an opportunity to take ownership of a meaningful leadership role within a growing home care agency.
