St. Joseph, MO | $30+/hr + Overtime | Full-Time | Weekly Pay

We're searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-performance fabrication equipment. If you're a skilled problem solver with a strong electrical background and hands-on machinery experience, this is the opportunity for you.


What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Service motors, conveyors, 3-phase electrical, AC/DC systems, control circuitry, VFDs, and PLCs
• Perform maintenance on overhead cranes, forklifts, CNC machines, lathes, lasers, saws, and welding equipment
• Respond quickly to production downtime calls and resolve issues efficiently
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and prevent future breakdowns
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and maintenance schedules

What You Bring

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proven experience with troubleshooting/repairing 3-phase electrical, AC/DC systems, control circuitry, VFDs & PLCs
• Hands-on experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, CNCs, lathes, lasers, saws, and welding equipment
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated manufacturing equipment
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environments, including tight spaces
• A proven track record of problem-solving, precision, and safety
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic
