Primary Duties & Responsibilities Works closely with the program manager to ensure the program and the program’s projects funding is properly maintained. Supports the budget formulation for Program Objective Memorandum (POM) inputs. IAW guidance from the program manager, develop spend plans in support of POM initiatives. Act as the principal liaison between the Program manager and CFO Team. Tracks MIPR level execution by project, integrates Service/Agency MIPR reporting data (distribution, obligation, accrual, disbursement, PM expenditure) data with FM tracking and DFAS reporting data. Execute other duties as assigned by the PMs. Minimum Skills Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or nine (9) to twelve (12) years' work-related experience in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Active DoD Secret clearance is required. Experience working within the NCR region with DoD and/or Service organizations and individuals. Requires expertise with specialized experience in the TRMC financial processes. Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively across a multi-Service environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the DAI financial system. Desired Skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
